To drive community engagement amongst their more tech savvy customers, Chevrolet in collaboration with Commonwealth McCan came to us looking to create an entertaining, interactive and eco-friendly WebAR experience which we created: EUV & Friends

Meet Constance, Robert, Zoe and Joel!

The experience focuses on four cute and funny animated characters, created in full by makemepulse, who guide you through the experience and showcase the car. Each character has a unique personality and introduces users to the cars key features. Let’s get to know them.

Constance the cloud is a free spirit and loves to quietly zip around on her adventures making the most of the EUV’s quick and quiet acceleration and Super Cruise functions.

Robert the bluebird is a busy dad, always on the move running. He doesn’t have time to worry about his car’s maintenance which is what makes the EUV’s no oil changes, transmission flushes and spark plugs perfect for him.

Zoe the flower is a creative type, who loves when practical things also look beautiful. She can’t get enough of the EUV’s many design features including its panoramic sunroof and false cargo floor.

And finally, Joel the starfish, a restless surfer, constantly looking for the best spots. He loves the EUV’s easy charging options that let him roam around freely.

Each character requires users to interact with them in order to learn more about the Bolt EUV. As well as the characters’ dialogue, we also created fact cards with more detailed information about the car’s features.

Scan the QR Code and play with Bolt EUV’s friends in AR.

This experience was created with 8thwall, a platform which enables in-browser augmented reality. This meant we could offer the same experience across both Android and iOS devices.
