Recognising the growth and popularity of gaming, Beautyblender wanted to capture new and existing audiences by creating their first ever game, ‘Play’.
The never ending platform game invites players to get as high as possible without falling, whilst celebrating the BOUNCE Skin Tint and their latest limited edition colour changing Beautyblender. Whilst bouncing, players can collect recognisable Beautyblender rewards and are challenged to avoid obstacles.
Experienced at making moreish, must-play-this games, makemepulse worked with FrontRow and Beautyblender to devise a strategy, idea and execution focused on creating an experience that allows Beautyblender to test and learn about the gaming community. At the end of the experience there is a clear CTA enabling Beautyblender to collect data and build a targeted marketing campaign through specific offers and voucher codes.
The experience is mobile first with a desktop fallback. Launched as a website and built using WebGL this enables frictionless access for users.
