Hill + Knowlton are a top 10 global communication agency and part of WPP. With an aspiration to create one single destination that was flexible and representative of their global and local offerings and breadth of products and services. Hill + Knowlton enlisted makemepulse to co-create an elegant digital home that reflects their rich-heritage and future vision.
A single destination
Hill + Knowlton sought to create a single destination that would be a digital representation of their global rebrand and strategic positioning. The destination needed to work on a local and global level, clearly communicate their creativity, extensive products and services whilst also being a valuable tool for talent retention and acquisition.
Strategic roadmap
At the start of the collaboration, makemepulse executed a deep strategic exercise to gain a 360 understanding of company values, stakeholder vision and product offering. Building a strategic roadmap that would later inform the design, information architecture and content recommendations as well as technical recommendations and planning.
Working closely and iteratively with global stakeholders, we created a new digital destination with a clear design and narrative journey, intelligent information architecture and useable back-end system powered by Contentful.
The website surprises and delights users with the clean integration of motion and animation. Digital easter eggs and clever microinteractions that draw their audiences deeper into the .com.
The output? A premium, flexible and scalable unified design system that represents the people and company values whilst engaging with audiences at every touch point of their journey with Hill + Knowlton.
